At Bryan's Bungalow, you'll find your perfect home-away-from home in The Villages, FL. Our Villa is located in the Village of de la Mesa near Spanish Springs.  Unique to de la Mesa, we have our own community pool only available to the residents and guests of villas located within de la Mesa, making your pool experience serene.  Bryan's Bungalow is a 2 bed/2 bath with den and golf cart available for rent - long term or short term (must be a 28 day minimum stay).  Recently renovated from top to bottom, tastefully decorated with all new furniture and art, new appliances, granite countertops, NO carpet, and centrally located for you to enjoy all The Villages has to offer.

How do I request open dates and rates for rental?

Please send us an email and we will respond quickly.  Let us know the dates you are interested in, whether or not you want to use the golf cart, and what, if any pets, you have.  The rates vary dependent upon the months you are interested in renting.

Do you allow pets?

Bryan's Bungalow is pet friendly however due to allergies, only dogs permitted - no cats allowed.  As dog lovers, we are flexible on the number and size so please email us details when you request the dates/rates and we will be happy to discuss.  There will be a pet fee (non refundable) applied per pet and a security depost required.
